Ryan is a highly accomplished Senior Associate specializing in commercial business and employment litigation at Ivie McNeill Wyatt Purcell & Diggs (IMW). His practice encompasses a wide range of complex legal matters, where he provides counsel and strategic representation to clients. Notably, Ryan possesses specialized expertise in pre-litigation dispute resolution, consistently achieving successful outcomes in cases involving adverse partnership disputes, shareholder and joint venture negligence, breach of contract, and fraud claims within the private equity and investment financial sectors. His litigation experience includes managing all phases of the legal process, from initial case assessment and discovery to motion practice, mediation, and thorough trial preparation. Ryan has actively participated in over ten trials and arbitrations, demonstrating strong courtroom advocacy, and has a proven track record of securing favorable settlements for clients through adept negotiation.
